Lion 101 – Mac OS X Support Essentials 10.7

All new Mac Support staff should start with this course.  It provides an excellent introduction and indepth tips on supporting Mac OS X computers.

Lion 201 – Mac OS X Server Essentials 10.7

An intro to Mac OS X Server Administration including configuration of the services provided by Mac OS X Server – File Services,  iCal, Address Book, iChat and Open Directory.
