This course is designed to help students gain the skills towards successful iOS integration – comprising iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch.  Through a combination of hands-on and instructor-led sessions, it is aimed to provide planning and implementation advice, as well as looking at the tools Apple and third-party companies provide to deploy and secure iOS devices.  (1 day).

In this course you will:

• Learn how to integrate iOS with your current network services, and configure devices appropriately, including hands-on sessions.  This includes Microsoft Exchange services, and Enterprise-grade wireless networks.
• Deploy Apple’s iTunes software to Windows and Mac desktop computers
• Get hands-on experience with iOS Configuration Utilities for configuration management.
• Plan for and understand wireless Application distribution and enterprise application development options
• Examine Mobile Device Management product concepts and features.
• Discuss securing of information on the device, and backup strategies.
• Look at ongoing support and Trouleshooting tips with the iOS device.
• Perform “Remote Wipe” of an iOS device, and understand the requirements.
