Teamviewer is a fantastic tool for Remote Support that we use in the Key Options office every day.

TeamViewer allows anyone on a Mac or PC to quickly share their screen with any other Mac or PC on the planet. A decent internet connection is all thats needed, there’s no VPN, Remote Desktop settings, or anything else to configure.

Best of all, TeamViewer is completely secure, and free!

So whether its supporting a brand new customer who’s called for the first time, providing support for an existing customer outside of their Office or VPN, or simply helping that aunt you’ve never met but heard “you knew about computers”, TeamViewer is an invaluable tool.
