Helpdesk

You can log a query or send an email at any time and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. The turnaround is fast and the response is guaranteed, because once it’s logged it’s in the queue.

Monitoring

With our monitoring service working for you, we’ll know about changes to your system before you do – which means a much quicker fix!

Your time is important, which is why we want to share some tools to help us help you faster.

Online Support Tool:

If you have an issue with your machine, we can help you using a remote control application that will enable us to securely connect to your computer, see what you’re seeing, and interact with you to resolve the issue. It’s a secure connection, and you’re in control of our access – when you quit the application – you disconnect us automatically. This keeps your machine secure, whilst allowing us to help you when you require assistance.

To get started, download the application below, and then double click the application that’s downloaded. You can then phone us on 1 300 721 769, and we’ll connect up to you.

Other Tools:

Skitch Screenshots of error messages, pop ups, etc will help us diagnose the issues faster. Skitch is a fantastic little app (Mac Only) for quickly taking shots.. Macs and PC’s also have built in screenshot support, see our blog post for further information.
