We have a Helpdesk manned with engineers every weekday – as well as a technical coordinator who is monitoring our support queue to make sure we provide the best possible service.

If you would like your environment working smoothly and kept in good working order, we provide regular maintenance services.
One of our excellent engineers can visit on a regular basis,, address outstanding issues as well as make sure the rest of the equipment is functioning well.
For maximum peace of mind we can install devices that provide monitoring of potential failures – so that failures are immediately noticed and downtime is minimized.
Reporting
Additionally, we have powerful log and systems analysis tools that can provide reporting on your environment of such things as:
- Recurring errors
- Performance Drops
- Heavy Load Periods on your network.
This can help you make good decisions about your equipment, including the best times to invest in additional equipment, and what equipment is being under-utilised.
