Monitoring Services
Key Options Monitoring Services
As computer networks become more complex and our reliance on them is 24/7, the need to have pro-active monitoring of the infrastructure and services has become a necessary part of any business’s critical operational requirements. At KeyOptions we have developed a number of specialised solutions for our clients that will give them peace of mind in how thier networks, servers and services are performing.
We have designed a number of solutions that will fit the needs of small to medium business and education.
Basic Monitoring

Our basic monitoring service is an entry level service that will allow our engineers to monitor critical services in your network. This will include monitoring of your firewall and network traffic and uptime. We use a combination of unique tools depending on your network and infrastructure. Each day we will monitor your backups and emails from your servers or other office hardware to make sure your network is in a healthy state. Each month we will send you a report on the status of your network.
Advanced Monitoring

KeyOptions’ advanced monitoring comes in 3 easy solutions, depending on the number of devices and services that need to be monitored. We put one of our custom configured monitoring devices into your network that gathers all the hidden critical information that is required to be reviewed to make sure your network and services are in a healthy state. In fact, if there are issues, we will probably know about it before you do, and will be on the case to get your critical servers and services back to where they should be healthy and error free.
At the end of each month we will send you a report on the status of your infrastructure as well as traffic usage and also identify any issues that may start to arise. This enables us to be pro-active for your environment and allow your business to have peace of mind and get on with what you do best.
The 3 Advanced Monitoring solutions come in the following packages:
- Advanced Monitoring 1: Up to 20 computers or devices
- Advanced Monitoring 2: 21 – 50 computers or devices
- Advanced Monitoring 3: 51 – 100 computers or devices
With our solution, a device can be a firewall, router, server, desktop, switch, printer, UPS, or any other network device, so your entire infrastructure is covered.
